Funds are currently being debated in the House, and should be appropriated pending a series of nation-wide tax returns. A preliminary deadline has been set for 15 September 2oo9 with provisions for revision and fiscal adjustments.
I plan on buying shit, just planning on doing most of that with my 2009 tax return as well as smaller logistical purchases until then.
